Yellow

When one is exposed to the color yellow, it causes Energy to rise to the crown Chakra. This color stimulates understanding and intelligence. In spiritual terms, yellow is connected with the complete death of the Ego. However, overuse of this color causes excess accumulation of bile in the small intestine. It may aggravate pitta but relieves excess Vata and Kapha.
