The attitudes in the hand

The five attitudes of worry, fear, anger, depression/sadness/grief, and pretense are represented in various fingers. Simply holding a finger or thumb harmonises attitudes and revitalises us. Gently and lovingly wrap your hand around each thumb or finger. As we do this, we are using simple keys to unlock energy gates which relieve emotional states. Just wrapping a hand around the little finger can help your heart and much, much more. Hold it gently until you feel a pulse.
