Always eat in a clean place, ensure that the vibrations are peaceful and happy. Never eat when you are angry or depressed as this makes the food poisonous for us. The mind should be serene and peaceful while eating. We should avoid talking or engaging in any discussions which will arouse any emotions that will disturb or excite us.
Always offer the food to God and it will be purified for the body and mind. By offering the food to god it becomes prasad.
