Ginger

Ginger blocks enzymes that would otherwise make inflamation-producing prostaglandius. It has been used in indian Ayurvedic medicine for centuries as a treatment for arthritis. Ginger can heal neurological conditions, headache, nausea, colic and epilepsy. Take one half teaspoon of powdered ginger in a glass of water. One teaspoon of powdered ginger taken with taken with food helps to cure Nephritis,a kidney ailment. Ginger stops nausea in pregnancy, it is an excellent pain reliever and a good antidote for inflamations. You can have a ginger compress, a ginger bath( body or feet) or ginger with oil. 5mg of raw ginger is recommended daily with salads, sprouts or other foods.

4 cups of Love                2 spoons hope
2 cups loyalty                 2 spoons tenderness
1cup friendship              4 quarts faith   
3 cups forgiveness         1 barrel laughter

Take love, loyalty, mix thoroughly with faith. blend it with tenderness, kindness and understanding.
Add friendship and hope. Sprinkle abundantly with laughter,bake it with sunshine.
